ffeby 3rd 1822. I hereby leave to my wife Sarah BRYER all my right and interest in my Stock in the Stationer's Company. Henry BRYER Junr.
Appeared personally Henry BRYER of Bridewell Hospital London Printer and William SOWARD of Tottenham Court Road in the County of Middlesex Builder and made oath that they knew and were well acquainted with Henry BRYER the Younger late of Bells Buildings Salisbury Square Fleet Street London, Printer deceased and also with his manner and character of handwriting and subscription having seen him write and write and subscribe his name and having with care and attention viewed and observed the manner? Henry Bryer Junr. set and subscribed to the paper writing hereunto annexed purporting to be and contain the last will and testament of the deceased and which is in the words and figures following ffeby 3 1822 I hereby leave to my wife Sarah BRYER all my right and interest in my Stock in the Stationer's Company and subscribed "Henry Bryer Junr". they? thar? appearers? do say that they verily and in their consciences believe this said name or signature Henry Bryer Junr. so set and subscribed thereto to be the proper handwriting and subscription of the said Henry Bryer the Younger deceased. Henry Bryer William Soward same say the said Henry Bryer and William Soward were duly sworn to the truth of this above affidavit before me E. Cook Surrt. Prost. Wm E Clarkson N.P.
On the 15th Nov 1822 Admon with the will annexed of the Goods and Chattels and credits of Henry BRYER the Younger late of Bells Buildings Salisbury Square Fleet Street London Survaser? was granted to Sarah BRYER widow the Prelist? having been first sworn duly to administer no Executor or Residuary Legatee.
