Who They Were
As noted below, Thomas had been associated with the Bryer family for some years, so it is tragic that he died so young after only 10 years of marriage.
Where They Lived
At the time of their marriage, Thomas and Amelia were living at 24 and 25 Sidmouth Street Pancras, respectively. It is curious that, on her marriage lines, Amelia chose to give her father's occupation as Hatter, since he had been a Cab Proprietor for many years, having changed careers from Hatter.
Thomas had been involved with the Bryer family for many years. In the 1881 Census he was found as a lodger at the home of John Henry and Emma (Amelia's parents), and in the 1891 Census at the home of Arthur and Louisa (Amelia's brother and sister-in-law).
In 1901, Amelia was misnamed as Annie; the family with 3 children was living in St John Upper Holloway. In 1911, widowed and working as a charwoman, the family was living in Lower Holloway.
