Stephen Perrott BRYER's Will of 1806

[This will is written in a very cramped hand and was difficult to understand in places; I am confident, however, that I have not omitted any important names from the transcription]

This is the last will and testament of me Stephen Perrott BRYER of Weymouth and Melcombe Regis in the county of Dorset Surgeon that is to say I give devise and bequeath all that my messuage or tenament wherein I now ? with the appurts situate in Saint Thomas Street in Weymouth and Melcombe Regis aforesaid and all other my messuages ?? tenements heredits and real estate both in possession reversion remainder and ??? and all my money securities? for money household goods and other goods chattels effects and personal estate whatsoever unto my friends the Reverend William JENKINS of Melbury Osmond in the County of Dorset and James BOWER of Weymouth and Melcombe Regis aforesaid Bomber? their hevis Executors admons and ??? respectively in Trust nevertheless and upon and for the several trusts ???? and purposes ? following that is to say In trust that they shall sell and revert into money such part of my personal estate as my dear wife Mary shall think proper and ? out and invest the produce thereof in such securities from time to time so she shall during her lifetime approve and pay over to her or her assigns or otherwise empower or ?? ?? or them to invest the rents and profits ? interest and dividends thereof for and during her life and from an after ?? decease? to and shall pay the ? unto my daughter Mary if she shall live to attain the age of twenty one years or be married before that age the sum of two hundred pounds upon such? her attainment or marriage the interest and dividends of which sum shall if necessary be applied in the mean time to her education and maintenance and as to the residue of my said estate and effects in trust after my wife's decease for such one or more of my children or the issue of any or other of them for and during such estate and estates and subject to such charge or charges to or in favour of any other or others of my said children and their or ?? of their issue and in such shares and proportions? manner and form and of such time or times as my said dear wife shall by any good or goods in writing duly executed and attested or by her last will and testament in willing or any codicil or codicils thereto or any writing on the nature of a will duly executed and attested give devise or bequeath limit bireth? or appoint the same or any part or parts thereof and in default of such Sirvition? limitation or appointment therein as to such part or parts thereof whereof none such shall be made or take effect in trust for all my said children and the issue of any such as shall be then dead equally between and amongst them as tenants in common and their respective heirs executors admons and assigns but the issue of any deceased child to take only the part which the father or mother would have been intitled to if living and I appoint the said William JENKINS and James BOWER executors of this my will in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this eigth day of February in the year of our lord one thousand eight hundred and six - Stephen P BRYER signed sealed published and Ser?ared by the said Stephen Perrott BRYER and as for his last will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence and at his request and in the presence of each other subscribe our names hereunto as witnesses - Robt. This will was proved at London the twenty sixth day of July in the year of our lord one thousand eight hundred and six before the Right Honourable Sir William Wynne KnightDoctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the ? of the reverend William JENKINS Clerk and James BOWER the executors named in the said will to whom admon was granted of all and singular the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased having been first sworn by commiss only to administer.
