8. Lucy Ellen OTTAWAY (William Frederick) was born on 24 Nov 1893 in Addlestone. She died in Dec 1974 in Upton Hospital, Slough and was cremated on 19 Dec 1974 at Slough Crematorium. She had been employed, as a young woman, as a cigarette worker at the Player's cigarette factory in Nottingham.
