In 1871, William was living in Sonning Town, a servant on a farm. In 1881, William was living with his parents in Tilehurst BRK, unmarried at 29 years of age. In 1889 he pops up in Chelsea, marrying a lady originally from Wiltshire. He and Elizabeth stay in London, and are found in Star Street Paddington in 1891, and in Kensington in 1901 and 1911. I cannot find that they had any children; they had none at any of the censuses, and the GRO indexes do not have any children for a Rampton/Tugwell marriage. William may have died in 1927 aged 70, in Kensington.
