Who They Were
Elsie was the daughter of Charles Robert Palmer, checker; Julia, Thomas's mother, was one of the witnesses, and Elsie's father was the other. Curiously, the registrar made an error on the certificate, and gave Thomas's father as Walter Cecil, his brother's name! I have been unable to find any children of this couple.
Where They Lived
At the time of their marriage in 1936, Thomas was living at 200 Peckham Rye East Dulwich SE22, and Elsie lived at 120 Barriedale SE14.
