Where They Lived
In 1841, Thomas and Lydia were living at Burrow Hill, with William (20), Eliza (9) and William (7); I think young William was their grandson, illegitimate son of Frances, but Eliza is as yet a mystery. In the 1851 Census, Thomas was widowed, still in Burrow Hill, and with him were daughter Frances and her three sons William (16), George (7), and Robert (5).
