Where They Lived
In 1861, James Ottaway was lodging with the Drew family; in 1871and 1881, he and Emma were living in Burrow Hill. In 1891, Emma was widowed and living with daughters Emily and Alice. By 1901, she had moved to Lime Kiln Hill and was living on her own means, with son Charles, daughter Elizabeth, and grandson George TAYLOR, aged 13. In 1911, Emma was at The Bungalow Burrow Hill with daughter Alice.
