Who They Were
Albert enlisted in the RAF in 1941 service number 1617967. In 1944, his father's will called him a Flying Officer with the RAF.
I have no idea why both Albert and Mabel merited obituaries in the Daily Telegraph.
Where They Lived
In 1938 Albert and Mabel lived at 14 Avenue Road Staines MDX. In 1939 they lived at 48 Pooley Green Road Egham. In 1962, the family was living at Little Paddock Green Lane Esher SRY. In 1988, at the time of his death, Albert and Mabel were living at 1 Laburnum Close Ferring Worthing SSX.
