When Emily Louisa was born in 1895, Joseph and Emily were living at 33 Gosbrook Street, Caversham; the following year their address was 35 Sussex Place Caversham, and three years later, in 1899, they were back in Gosbrook Street, this time at number 35. They seemed to stay at this address for some years, although why they changed churches in 1902 for their childrens baptisms I do not know. Son William was fighting with 256th Company Labour Corps when he was killed in Northern France. The address of his parents given on the citation was 35 Gosbrook Street Caversham.His name is entered on the Rampton War Memorial page

When Joseph Charles, Emily Louisa and Alice Mabel married they all gave their addresses as 35 Gosbrook Street.
