Additional Information
There exists a Removal Order issued in Farringdon for the removal of Jonathan, Frances, and their children to Herriard. I have not yet found them in 1841, but in the 1851 census, Frances was a widow, farming 5 acres in Bishops Sutton, and living with unmarried son Richard. When she was buried in Old Alresford six years later, her place of residence was given as Bishops Sutton. In 1859, when son Richard married, he gave his residence as Bishops Sutton, so he presumably took over the farm when his mother died.
