Additional Information
In 1891, the unmarried Henry was living in Farnham and working as a carpenter.
In 1901, Henry and Alice Jane were in Bishops Sutton, with no children; 4-year-old Elsie was living in Bromley, Kent, with her aunt Julia.
In 1911, Julia and Elsie Emilia were visitors in the Paddington home of Warwick and Eliza Emily WEBB (Warwick was named beneficiary in Alice Jane RAMPTON's will when it was proved in 1939. I'm still not sure of the relationship here, because Eliza Emily WEBB was not a RAMPTON nor an AUSTIN prior to marrying Warwick, who was a solicitor. Sadly, Elsie died aged 22, in the Homoeopathic Hospital Great Ormond Street of Septic Pneumonia and Toxaemia. Her mother informed the Registrar, and gave her address (and that of her daughter) as Northcourt Bishops Sutton Alresford Hants. Henry Edward was described as a Boarding House Keeper.
In the 1911 census, Henry and Alice were living with their two sons in Bishops Sutton; In 1918, Elsie's will named her parents as beneficiaries.
I have been unable to find anything about son Frank Edward, no marriages nor deaths are registered for that name.
