Additional Information
Henry Herbert lived a large part of his life in the confines of the family, first following his father into the watchmaking and jewellery trade and moving to Newbury with his parents and sister, then living with and supporting his widowed mother whilst his sister Ellen kept house for him. We went on to live a long life, marrying at the age of 61 and becoming a father ten years later (although sadly his baby daughter died).
