Additional Information
It is not surprising that Ann required the consent of her father for her marriage, if she was telling the truth about her age to the census enumerators - she appears to have been born in about 1797, making her just 19 at the time of her marriage. The parish register information above, namely the baptisms and burials, was taken from Bishop's Transcripts rather than Parish Registers.
In 1841, William and Anne were living with Charles, William, Mary, Alice and Jane.
In 1851, William was widowed and living with son John, daughter Charlotte, and Charlotte's two sons (born out of wedlock) George and Earl. Mary Ann was a servant in Ashmansworth before she married for the first time in 1855.
In 1871, Alice was a housemaid in Prittlewell ESS, and William was still living in Crux Easton with grandson Charles PEARCE (Mary Ann's son from her first marriage).
